Waboipelo Healthcare Centre was born from a lifelong calling to provide dignified, expert, and accessible medical care. Our founder began her journey at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital, where she gained foundational expertise across diverse specialised wards. Seeking to expand her clinical scope, she transitioned to Mediclinic Private Hospital, specialising in Medical and Oncology care and later earning her certification in Palliative Care.

​With a heart for the community, she spent a decade serving the City of Johannesburg at the Rosettenville Clinic. It was here that her dream of a private practice transformed into a mission. Witnessing firsthand the barriers to quality care, long queues, resource shortages, and the exhaustion of mothers and children waiting for hours, she felt a deep conviction to offer a better alternative.

​Driven by this passion, she advanced her expertise by studying Primary Healthcare. Following a strategic tenure with MyLife Healthcare Centre, where she helped innovate primary care delivery, she realised she finally had the resources and knowledge to bring her vision to life.
